Pet Family Center service sends animals to almost all European countries, as well as to North America (USA and Canada), Middle East countries, to some Asian countries.

List of countries where animal delivery is possible:

Austria, Albania, Andorra, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Vatican, Great Britain, Gibraltar, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Indonesia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Jordan, Canada, Qatar, Cyprus, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, and others.

No delivery to:

• Russia and Belarus due to military aggression against Ukraine;
• African countries;
• China, India, Iran, North Korea, and most Asian countries (please clarify details with the manager);
• Most Latin American countries — due to long distance and lack of routes (please clarify details with the manager);
• Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania — due to long distance and complex animal import rules.

Delivery of kittens and puppies by car to European countries

If it is necessary to bring a kitten or puppy from Ukraine to one of the European countries, delivery is performed by a zoo courier in their own car. Delivery is performed by professional couriers who specialize specifically in transporting animals.

Price for delivery of a domestic pet to European countries

Below are approximate prices for delivery of kittens and puppies by car to various countries and cities in Europe. Prices may vary slightly depending on the courier service, availability of companions, and other factors.

*Note: The table shows the price for delivery of a cat or small dog. Delivery of a large dog will cost 100 euros more.

Over long distances, delivery of domestic pets is performed by plane according to airline and courier service tariffs. Kittens and puppies travel in a specialized cargo compartment (cargo delivery).

Most kittens and puppies tolerate airplane flight in the animal compartment well. The exception may be brachycephalic breeds with shortened muzzles (Persian and exotic cats, pug and bulldog dogs). These breeds may not tolerate flights well.
