This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the Internet resource available at PET FAMILY CENTER (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and regulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both Users and the organization providing services through this Platform. This Agreement constitutes an official regulation with which everyone who uses the Platform, as well as any User who transmits their personal data, must familiarize themselves and agree to. Agreement with the terms of this Agreement is a mandatory condition for gaining access to services and information posted on the Platform. Effective date of these terms: 2025-10-28.

This document has been developed in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection and rules regarding the use of cookies. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of security for your personal data and guarantee complete transparency of all information processing operations. Before starting to use the Platform, we strongly recommend that you carefully study the provisions of this Agreement.

1. Definitions and Terms Used

The following key concepts are used in this Agreement:

  • "User" – an individual who accesses the Platform and uses its capabilities to obtain information and services provided by the organization PET FAMILY CENTER.
  • "Platform Administration" – an entity authorized to manage the Platform on behalf of the company PET FAMILY CENTER.

2. General Terms

This Agreement establishes the legal framework for interaction between the User and the organization PET FAMILY CENTER, which provides services on the Platform. The fact of using the Platform by the User is automatically regarded as full acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement, without the need to provide separate confirmation. If the User does not agree with the terms set forth in this document, they should immediately cease access to the Platform and its associated services.

The Platform Administration reserves the right to make amendments, additions, or clarifications to the provisions of the Agreement at any time. Information about all changes is communicated to Users by publishing a new version of the Agreement on the Platform. After the changes come into force, continued use of the Platform by the User will mean their full and unconditional agreement with the updated terms.

The User bears personal responsibility for regularly monitoring the relevance of the Agreement terms, including periodic review of its updated versions. Making changes to the Agreement does not obligate the company PET FAMILY CENTER to individually notify Users, as this is part of the internal procedure for regulating relations between the parties.

3. Platform Usage Rules

The User undertakes to use the Platform strictly in accordance with current legislation and the provisions of this Agreement. The Platform Administration has the right to restrict or temporarily block the User's access to the Platform upon detection of any unauthorized actions, violations of legislation, or conditions prescribed in this document.

  • The User is prohibited from using the Platform to perform any actions that may cause damage or pose a threat to information security.
  • It is strictly forbidden to publish materials that violate copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties, as well as containing defamation or incitement to national or social hostility.
  • The User has no right to transfer their credentials to third parties or provide them with access to the Platform's functionality.
  • All activity carried out by the User on the Platform is under their personal responsibility. The company PET FAMILY CENTER bears no responsibility for the results of using Platform services in situations of their improper or illegal use.

4. Privacy Policy and Processing of Personal Data

The organization PET FAMILY CENTER attaches paramount importance to ensuring the security and confidentiality of information provided by Users. Processing of personal information is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of current data protection legislation. All collected information is used exclusively to improve the quality of services offered, fulfill concluded agreements, and to inform the User about the latest news and updates on the Platform.

4.1. Collection and Storage of Information

Information about the User is collected both automatically during their interaction with the Platform, and through voluntary provision via feedback forms, newsletter subscriptions, account registration, and other communication channels. The categories of collected data may include:

  • First name, middle name, last name;
  • Email address and other contact details;
  • IP address, device type, web browser version;
  • Information about activities on the Platform (visited pages, session duration, saved parameters and preferences).

Storage of collected data is carried out on securely protected servers using advanced encryption methods. Information storage periods are determined based on the nature of the services provided and the purposes of their processing. In case of termination of use of Platform services, the Company PET FAMILY CENTER undertakes to delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with established internal regulations.

4.2. User Rights to Access, Modify, and Delete Their Information

The User has the right at any time to request information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as to demand its correction or complete deletion. To exercise this right, the User may send a corresponding request through the feedback form provided on the Platform. A response to such a request will be provided within the timeframes established by current legislation.

The company PET FAMILY CENTER undertakes not to transfer the provided information to third parties, except in situations where this is necessary for the provision of services or is provided for by legislation. In order to improve the quality of services provided, data may be transferred to company partners, but exclusively in anonymized form and subject to mandatory compliance with confidentiality guarantees.

4.3. Ensuring Security of Personal Data

To guarantee the security of Personal Data, the Company PET FAMILY CENTER has implemented a set of technical and organizational measures. These include firewalls, unauthorized intrusion detection systems, network traffic encryption protocols, as well as software access control mechanisms. Regular software updates and internal audits minimize the risks of unauthorized impact on User data.

Despite all measures taken, the User is obliged to independently take care of the security of their credentials, not disclose passwords to third parties, and promptly inform the Platform Administration of any cases of possible data compromise.

5. Use of Cookie Technology

When interacting with the Platform, the Company PET FAMILY CENTER uses cookie technology – these are miniature text files that are stored in the User's web browser to optimize their experience with our resource. Cookies contribute to the collection of anonymized statistical information, analysis of user behavior, as well as general optimization of Platform functioning and improvement of offered services.

5.1. Purpose of Using Cookies

Cookies are used to achieve the following purposes:

  • Ensuring proper and stable functioning of the Platform;
  • Collection of analytical and statistical information for continuous improvement of Platform quality;
  • Saving individual settings and preferences of the User;

The User has the right to change the parameters of their internet browser in such a way as to prohibit the saving of cookies or automatically delete them after the end of a session on the Platform. It is important to note that restricting or completely deactivating cookies may negatively affect the convenience of using the Platform and make some of its functional capabilities unavailable. Management of these settings is carried out by the User at their own discretion and at their own expense.

6. Rights and Obligations of Participants

6.1. Rights and Obligations of the User

The User has the following rights:

  • Have access to information and services provided by the Platform;
  • Request clarifications and additional information about the procedures for processing their personal data;
  • At any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal information, which may result in restriction of access to certain Platform functions;
  • Demand correction, updating, or deletion of personal data transmitted through the Platform.

In turn, the User has the following obligations:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Strictly comply with the norms of current legislation and rules established by this Agreement;
  • Refrain from any actions aimed at violating the security of the Platform or negatively affecting its operability;
  • Bear full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of information provided during registration or use of Platform services.

6.2. Rights and Obligations of the Company

The company PET FAMILY CENTER undertakes to:

  • Ensure reliable protection of Users' personal data through the application of advanced security measures;
  • Provide the User with timely and comprehensive information about the purposes and methods of data processing;
  • Comply with the provisions of this Agreement and guarantee fulfillment of the requirements of personal data protection legislation;
  • Not transfer Personal Data to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except in cases directly provided for by legislation.

The Company reserves the right to engage third-party organizations to perform auxiliary services related to technical support and maintenance of the Platform. In such cases, responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and data security is transferred to these third-party organizations through the conclusion of appropriate contracts and agreements.

7. Limits of Liability

The company PET FAMILY CENTER makes every effort to ensure continuous and flawless functioning of the Platform, however, cannot guarantee the complete absence of failures, errors, or technical malfunctions. The User acknowledges and agrees to the possibility of temporary unavailability of the Platform for reasons beyond the control of the Administration, including but not limited to: technical failures, scheduled updates, emergency work, as well as actions of third parties.

In the event of any problems related to the processing of personal data or disruptions in the operation of the Platform, the company PET FAMILY CENTER undertakes to take all required measures to eliminate negative consequences and notify the User of the nature of the situation, as well as the expected timeframes for its resolution.

8. Modification of Agreement Terms

The company PET FAMILY CENTER reserves the exclusive right to change the provisions of this Agreement without prior personal notification of Users. All changes made acquire legal force from the moment of their official publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of updated terms confirms the User's full agreement with the new version.

It is strongly recommended to regularly review this document to familiarize yourself with the most current version of the Platform's terms of use. If any questions arise regarding the interpretation or application of the Agreement provisions, the User may contact the Platform Administration through available communication channels.

9. Final Provisions

This User Agreement constitutes a public offer and establishes the regulations of relations between the User and the company PET FAMILY CENTER regarding the use of the Platform and its offered services. In case of disagreements, the parties will make efforts to resolve them through negotiations, and if a compromise cannot be reached – in the manner determined by current legislation. All rights not transferred to the User by this Agreement remain with the company PET FAMILY CENTER.

The User fully understands the full extent of responsibility that may arise as a result of non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and confirms that the data provided by them is accurate and complete. In case of providing inaccurate or incomplete information, the Company PET FAMILY CENTER reserves the right to restrict the User's access to Platform services or terminate their provision without the possibility of subsequent access restoration.

The User also agrees that this Agreement regulates all aspects arising in connection with the use of the Platform, and that even termination of use of the Platform does not exempt from responsibility for violations committed before such termination.

The final provision of this document emphasizes that the stated terms cover all aspects of interaction with the Platform, including the collection, storage, and protection of personal data, as well as the use of cookies. The company PET FAMILY CENTER confirms its commitment to the principles of security and strict compliance with legislation aimed at protecting the confidentiality of information and ensuring complete transparency of Platform operation.

By using the functionality of the Platform, you confirm that you have read the terms of this User Agreement, fully accept them, and express your consent to the procedures for processing your personal data, as well as the rules for using cookies detailed in this document.

This document becomes legally binding from the moment of its official publication on the Platform and is valid indefinitely. If such a need arises, the Company PET FAMILY CENTER reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this document unilaterally.
